Please bear with us, we can only do so much! Eventually this page will have pretty photos and proper bio’s with links and posh stuff.
For now we’re concentrating on the content.
We are
Mark Jennings
Re-entered civilian life after 16 years in the REME. I was only a child really when I went in at just 16 years old and so in a way I had to learn how to be an adult in mainland UK when I came out.
After several years feeling out of my depth, and insecure, I realised how much I have to offer and what my real earning potential is.
Today I’m the MD of Stormchasers Ltd and we specialise in helping people transition.

I’ve never been anywhere near the armed forces, never will do either. Not for me at all – all that bossing around and doing what I’m told. I still can’t believe I went and married an ex-squaddy – not normally my type at all. But I did. And I also did my own sort of ‘service’ by spending 20 years in local government. I learnt how to manage people, how to be a leader and as a breast cancer survivor I know how important, no scrap that, it’s vital, that you follow your passion and only do what you truly enjoy. I’m the one with all the professional qualifications which give us a bit street cred.
Kerry Hobbley
After 13 years working with the RE in Brompton Barracks I relocated to the Education Department in London. Ill health and a sick mum forced me back home as a carer also trying to improve my own health. Today I’m a Proof Reader and Editor.
I’m slowly working my way through the spelling and grammar gaffs on leaving the armed forces.
