Mark Jennings and his wife, Sian Murphy, founded Stormchasers Ltd in 2007, as an umbrella for their various projects.
Stormchasers is about leaping forwards into the storm, and coming back out the other side into a brighter and calmer world. It’s about making that change without fear; accepting that not everything is perfect and that there is always something to learn from an any experience.
The idea came out of their own struggles, Mark to make his transition from the Army, and for Sian it was about breaking free of the mindset which kept her stuck and clinging onto an unfulfiling management role in local government for nearly 20 years. Mark has found his way as The Ex Armed Forces Transition Pathfinder and whilst there has been a bit of a hiccup over the last year because Sian was diagnosed with breast cancer, everything is now getting back to normal and their projects are being resurrected.

Coming soon — A brand new membership website for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The aim is to bring some much missing levity into the situation, alongside the valuable information which seems to get missed as patients travel through the treatment programme.
